MEET THE NDML TEAM

NDML wouldn’t be the leading broker we are today if it wasn’t for our dedicated team.

We can’t introduce you to every single one of them (we have over 50 members of staff!) but we’d like you to meet just a selection of the great people who make our business what it is.

Justin Romero-Trigo

CEO

Justin started NDML back in 1998 and has been the driving force behind our growth ever since. He created the company out of a passion for UK nightlife and delivering specialist insurance cover that simply didn’t exist before.

In his spare time, Justin is a keen sportsman. You’ll find him on the golf course, in the boxing ring and pushing weights in the gym.

Simon Mabb

Managing Director

Simon is the company managing director, and oversees the general performance of NDML. It’s his job to make sure that every member of our team meets the incredibly high standards we set ourselves.

Simon loves his motor racing, and is also a lifelong Tottenham fan (but please don’t hold that against him).

Victoria Romero-Trigo

Finance Director

Victoria is one of the founders of NDML and has been with the company since its beginnings in 1998. She’s worked with thousands of venues and is a big supporter of the nightlife industry. As part of her role, she works with the businesses affiliates and partners to deliver on agreed business development plans.

Victoria is a keen golf player, likes socialising and enjoys spending time with her family.

Michael Dawson

Account Executive

Michael, or Miki as he’s affectionately known to friends and colleagues, has been with the business for nearly 20 years.

Miki is a people person, as you probably already know. Ever helpful and always smiling, he thrives on building relationships with clients and making regular client visits

Steve Fleming

Broking Director

Steve has been working in insurance for over 25 years. He’s been with us for the last 15, currently working as our Broking Director. Steve’s job involves working within a great team that are focused at looking after a range of existing clients as well as developing and securing new business opportunities for the late night leisure sector.

Outside of the office Steve enjoys heading off to gigs and enjoying live music. Find out more about Steve on our blog.

Tom Baines

Account Handler

Tom is an experienced Account Handler with a strong background in insurance. His key skill is customer service and delivering positive results on behalf of clients.

He believes that insurance should be done in person, and with someone you trust - which is why he takes extra steps to talk with clients and colleagues on a daily basis. The life of the office, Tom enjoys building new relationships and visiting venues.
